Conservation Advocacy - Our objective is to promote appropriate, science-based conservation measures within the ocean policy-making community.
Your donation enables:
- Attendance at the most relevant conferences, give speeches and briefings to delegates and, most importantly, engage in-person with the policy-makers
- Attendance at/hosting of meetings, workshops and conferences with collaborating environmental non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and businesses
Our mission is driven by the ambition to secure conservation measures that protect the biodiversity of the Central Arctic Ocean, so our advocacy focuses the minds of the key policy-makers on the scientific research, public support and conservation measures to be agreed.
